    1. How do I track my shipment?

      A tracking number will be provided via email once your package is shipped. To see the status of the order, or view the tracking number, you can also access “Orders” by logging into and accessing “My Account”. If you need to contact the carrier, you’ll find contact information below.

    2. What areas do you ship to?

      Currently Advanced Home Actives ships products to the Continental US as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

    3. What shipping options are available?

      All packages are shipped via UPS. If desired you can expedite your package when checking out by selecting one of the following:

      • UPS Next Day Air
      • UPS Ground (Standard Delivery)
      • UPS Second Day Air
      • UPS Three-Day Select
    4. Where can your products be shipped?

      We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also AdvancedHomeActives.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.

      For U.S. orders and shipping with AdvancedHomeActives.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
